一、意思不同
1.interested意思：感興趣的，關心的，表現出興趣的，有利害關係的，當事人的。
2.interesting意思：有趣的，有吸引力的。
二、用法不同
1.interested用法：作名詞的基本意思是「興趣」，指對某種事物的愛好，也可指感興趣的事，既可用作可數名詞，也可用作不可數名詞。
interest也可表示「趣味，引起注意之性質」，是不可數名詞，其後常接介詞in。
2.interesting用法：作「愛好，嗜好」「利益」解，是可數名詞。
作「利益」解時常用複數形式。interest還可作「利息」解，是不可數名詞。interest還可表示「所有權」「股份」，可用於單數形式，也可用於複數形式。
三、側重點不同
1.interested側重點：側重於表示還沒做，但是有興趣。
2.interesting側重點：側重於表示過去經常做，依舊有興趣。
