如果直接加名詞/代詞等做賓語，則用固定短語：insist on/upon doing sth
2. i'd think of → i'd thought ofthey did是過去時，則前句動作發生在其前，必須用過去完成時。
其中的'd是had, thought是think的過去分詞。
3. make → made
解釋同上。see必須發生在過去的動作made a flash之前，才能用其過去完成時形式：had seen.
